Take the first step today by assessing exactly what is and is not working for you right now.
In this 60 minute confidential assessment we will explore how you have come to have the relationship with food that you do right now.
Assessments can be on Zoom, on the phone or on Skype.
This assessment will help you make sense of your situation and why you do things that you don’t want to do and don’t do things that you do want to do. Most importantly, you will learn how you can be helped.
Once you have booked a session, I will email you a confidential wellness questionnaire that will help me to determine your doshas and give me insight into your current relationship with food. This will take at least an hour to complete and is arguably the most important step to sorting things out, so don’t rush it.
Nothing you can say to me will shock me! I understand how powerful eating problems can be and how much of a grip they can have. I am here to help you, not to judge you and your honesty in the assessment will help me to serve you better.
You will email me back the questionnaire and then we will arrange a time to talk.
I will use my skills as an Ayurvedic practitioner and as a qualified and experienced eating disorder practitioner to assess what is going on for you right now.
During the assessment I will:
Listen deeply to what is going on for you now
Identify the emotional triggers, maintaining causes and habits and imbalances.
Help you uncover the things that are keeping you stuck.
Suggest changes that will help you establish harmony, balance and control in your life.
Help you to begin to demystify and root out the causes of your problems (it’s probably not what you think it is)
After the assessment you will:
Have some great suggestions about how to begin to heal your relationship with food and find balance and harmony in your life.
Have a greater understanding about what keeps you stuck.
Get a report outlining the doshas that are at play right now and how you can bring balance to gain control of your eating.
And beyond the assessment?
Once we have finished the initial session, you will have the opportunity to ask questions and then, if you are ready to really dive in and heal your relationship with food and yourself, and you want to commit to your journey with Ayurveda, we could work together either weekly or monthly.
If you then wish to move forward with Ayurveda, you will have a great head start with the healing work we have already done together in the assessment.
Between each session you will:
Keep a diary to raise your awareness and help us both really understand what is going on.
Commit to being as aware and honest as you can be, as this is what will be the catalyst.
Complete manageable tasks to help you get where you want to go
Commit to changing just one habit a week until you have crafted the life that you want to live.
Do one kind thing for yourself every day.
