ADHD Coaching for Women
If your mind never stops and yet nothing gets done you're in the right place.
This is a space for women with ADHD who are exhausted from trying to keep up. Who've wondered if medication is the answer, who can't sleep, who feel the weight of everything they haven't managed to do. Who are quietly wondering what's wrong with them.
Real, grounded support is available.
DOES ANY OF THIS SOUND FAMILIAR?
Overwhelmed by small things · Scattered and hard to pin down · Shame · Can't sleep, can't switch off · Stuck in the same patterns · Frustrated with yourself · Wondering about medication · Tired of starting over · Feel misunderstood · Procrastination & paralysis ·
If you're nodding, this work was made for you.
“What helped me wasn’t a system or a supplement. It was finally understanding how my mind works — and building something real around that ”
Hello!
I've lived this too
I'm Kay, founder of Fresh Start Ayurveda. I came to this work through my own ADHD journey, through the confusion, the burnout, and eventually, the breakthroughs.
What I found was that healing isn't linear, and it isn't one-size-fits-all. I draw on ADHD coaching, CBT, and Ayurveda, not because it sounds good on paper, but because together, they're what actually worked.
You don't have to figure this out alone
I identify as part of the LGBTQ+ Community.
I have a deep commitment to inclusion and affirmation of the diversity of You. I value the dignity and worth of all people. I embrace the richness brought by your unique identity and how you express the intersections of your ethnicity, race, nationality, sexual/affectional orientation, gender, size, age, physical and mental abilities, religion/spirituality, socioeconomic status, and immigration status.
I am painfully aware of the immense impact that systemic racism and oppression have on Black, Indigenous, and People of Color (BIPOC) and people with disability or disadvantage. I am aware I don't always understand or get it right and I am committed to learning and doing better as I grow in understanding and compassion. I am devoted to that.
You are welcome just as you are and I am committed to learning about what it is like to walk in your shoes.
