ADHD looks different in women.
So does the support that actually helps.

I came to this work through my own experience
and through working with hundreds of women with ADHD.

And what I found was that healing and change look different for each of us. My approach draws on ADHD coaching, CBT, and Ayurveda to meet you where you are now, as a whole person.

I know this from the inside

What actually helped me was creativity, time in nature, contemplative practices, Ayurveda, coaching, CBT and a genuine understanding of how my mind and body are wired. There's no single answer. What works for me, might be different for what works for you. This is a multifaceted approach, one that honours your uniqueness. We all get to curate our own unique cocktail.

That's what I bring to my work with women.

So much goes unrecognised for so long

After years of masking, burning out, and wondering why everything feels so much harder than it looks for everyone else, it’s a relief to finally find the answers. Executive functioning challenges are real, and they ripple through every part of life.

Task initiation. Time blindness. Decision fatigue. Emotional dysregulation.
Overwhelm & procrastination. Memory challenges. Perfectionism & burnout. Rejection Sensitivity. Procrastination. Chaos. Losing things.

If you struggle with any of theses things,
it just means you've been navigating life without the right support.

I employ a whole-person approach, woven together. 3 traditions. Dovetailed beautifully together. Each one bringing something the others don’t.

Change your mind

CBT

Gentle but powerful tools to shift the thought patterns that keep you stuck — and build the emotional resilience to keep going.

Change your habits

Ayurveda & Yoga

Ancient wisdom about your unique constitution — helping you create rhythms and routines that genuinely support your mind and body.

Change your life

ADHD coaching

Practical, strengths-based support to build structure, self-awareness, and executive functioning skills, at your own pace, while ditching the shame.

Ready for something that actually fits?

Whether:

you've recently been diagnosed,

have known for years,

or are still finding your way to an answer,

if you're a woman with ADHD who's tired of one-size-fits-all solutions, this work was built with you in mind.

I'd love to walk alongside you.
